Sauteed Orange Squash and Broccolini

Sauteed Orange Squash and Broccolini! Seriously easy and delicious. Sometimes I feel like the simplest dishes can get brushed off and overlooked.  DO NOT overlook this recipe! The bright citrus paired with the savory garlic and sage is pretty much the most amazing flavor combo ever. Oh and it is: prepped, cooked and served in less than 25 minutes. Yes, we are certainly winning over here!

Acorn Squash for butternut squash.

Brussel Sprouts (my favorite) for brococcolini

Pasta or Couscous for quinoa.

Add a little rotisserie  chicken or sausage for added protein or to please the carnivore in your family. 😉
