This Berry Acai Bowl! It’s been such a life saver to me lately because we’ve been in the transition of moving. Which pretty much means I’m digging anything that can be made from just opening up my freezer. Anything. I totally was caught off guard when all meal planning and prepping pretty much just goes out the window when you’re selling your house and buying a new one. I mean the most popular time to show your house is when people get off of work which is basically dinner time so…Berry Acai Bowl to- go anyone?!
I just love the vibrant flavors and colors that you can see and taste with every bite! Basically it’s summer in a bowl and it’s been on the heavy summer breakfast, well anytime, rotation and I’m not tired of it not one bit.
Ya’ll, I literally cannot have too many smoothie bowls in my life. They are just so:

healthy and beautiful!
What I love most of all about acai bowls is that they totally work anytime of the year whether you incorporate the produce that is in season or sneak on over to the frozen section. And can we just mention just how awesome frozen fruit is?! There is seriously so many options to choose from and I love that organic frozen fruit it becoming the norm and is very affordable.
I also love that that you can make it your own my by bumping up the protein content or adding toppings.

- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup or more milk or almond, coconut, oat, etc.
- 1 tablespoon or more to taste honey, maple syrup, agave etc.
- 1-2 scoops collagen protein (optional)
