Ingredients
12 oz.
milk or dairy free alternative of choice
Here I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4
cup
raw cashews or unsalted roasted cashews
pinch or two
sea salt
1
tablespoon
honey
1
teaspoons
matcha powder
Use your favorite brand. I used the single serving Matcha Packets from Trader Joe’s
Instructions
In a small saucepan stir together the milk, cashews, salt, honey and matcha powder. (The matcha powder will look clumpy at first and that’s ok.)
Heat until it just starts to boil.
Take off of heat and carefully transfer to a high speed blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes on high speed.
Serve in your favorite mug.
