When finished, carefully take the pizza out and place on a cutting board. With a spoon, or spouted measuring cup, drizzle desired amount of balsamic glaze on top.
NOTE: if you find that your balsamic has gotten too thick, turn the heat back on to low for a minute and stir, it should look like the image below. If not, add a teaspoon or two more of the balsamic vinegar and stir until combined.
