  1. In a large food processor or high speed blender, blend together the oats, ground flax seed, walnuts if using, and cinnamon until oats are fine.
  2. Add in the dates, dried apple and a conservative amount of honey/maple syrup to start. Blend together until mixture comes together. If it’s still too dry add in more honey/maple syrup until everything clumps together, see bottom photo. *If you accidentally add too much liquid add in a more oats.
  3. Form into desired size balls and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Enjoy!
